We also collect information on the type of dwelling (home type), current value, loan amount desired, all mortgage balances and monthly payments, current interest rate, we will as you if you are behind on payments, your credit rating, place of employment (current and prior), years employed, yearly income, best time to call, loan desired, e-mail addresses, social security number, date of birth, from you and the co-applicant, and more. Please be aware that any of the information that you, the user, has volunteered will also be forwarded to a mortgage broker/lender, in order to match you, the user, with the mortgage broker/lender of our choice. Once this happens, this firm cannot be responsible for any of the non public information once this information is transmitted.

This firm also collects information from you, the User, whenever you use this site. We may use "YOUR COOKIES" TO TRACK HOW USERS USE THIS SITE. We obtain - but is not limited to - your IP address, the times you frequented the site, what page you logged on/off, etc. We use this information for research regarding the effectiveness of our web site, etc. We may use all non public information about you as permitted by law.

Governing Law and Interpretation
